1. Return Eligibility

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Please ensure that any tags are still attached and that the item is not damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Package Your Return: Safely package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued in Only Cash on delivery   and will be returned via the same method as Only Cash on delivery  payment.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Items that have been used or damaged.
• Customized or personalized items.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
